  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated; simply download, print, and attach it to your reusable shipping box.

  Ensure the watch is securely placed in its original presentation box with all protective films and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
