Where are Vaer watches manufactured?
We offer two distinct lines: our Standard models are powered by Japanese movements and assembled in high-quality facilities in Asia, while our USA Assembly line is built and tested by our team in Los Angeles, California.
Are Vaer watches waterproof for diving?
Yes, every Vaer watch features a minimum of 10ATM (100 meters) water resistance, with many of our dive models rated for 20ATM (200 meters), making them suitable for swimming, surfing, and diving.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All Vaer watches come with a guaranteed 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing or mechanical defects under normal use.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all watches in new, unworn condition. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model.
What type of crystal is used on the watch face?
To ensure maximum durability and scratch resistance, we use premium Sapphire crystal on all of our watch models, which is significantly harder and more durable than standard mineral glass.
